Danube Properties has unveiled Shahrukhz by Danube, a 55-storey premium commercial tower on Sheikh Zayed Road named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. The launch at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City South Halls, was attended by Khan and Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of the Danube Group.
Positioned as one of Dubai’s newest prestigious business addresses, Shahrukhz targets global entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Danube describes the project as a shared milestone marking 33 years of professional success for both the developer and the actor, built around themes of resilience, reinvention and long-term growth.
Rizwan Sajan highlighted Dubai’s ongoing expansion as a driver of sustained real estate demand, noting the city’s current population of about four million and projections for substantial growth by 2050. He said rapid development will continue and that property in Dubai remains competitively priced compared with markets such as Gurugram and Mumbai.
Spread across more than one million square feet of built-up area, Shahrukhz blends luxury design with high-end business infrastructure. Units start at Rs 4.2 crore. The tower offers more than 40 amenities, among them a sky pool, a helipad designed for air taxis, valet services and exclusive business lounges. Its Sheikh Zayed Road location provides convenient access to landmarks including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai International Airport.
Danube is promoting its signature one percent monthly payment plan for the project, a financing model the developer says has broadened its buyer base by making premium real estate more accessible without compromising on luxury or location.
Danube Properties, a subsidiary of the Danube Group founded by Rizwan Sajan in 1993, is one of the UAE’s private real estate developers. The group has launched 40 projects to date, with 18 delivered and the remainder at various stages of construction.
