IndiGo operated four repatriation flights to Jeddah on Tuesday and said an additional flight to Muscat was scheduled later that day to bring back passengers affected by the Middle East conflict. The airline also plans repatriation services to UAE cities on March 4, subject to local conditions and necessary approvals.
After suspending services to parts of the Middle East and Europe, IndiGo said it will gradually reinstate select routes, operating a total of 26 flights to and from Muscat (Oman), Jeddah and Madinah (Saudi Arabia), and Athens (Greece). For other destinations the carrier is monitoring the situation and coordinating with authorities to secure local slots and permits as it progressively restores its schedule.
Regarding March 3 repatriation operations, the carrier reported four flights en route to Jeddah and one flight to or from Muscat expected to operate later in the day.
