It’s not every day a Beyoncé-inspired “scarecrow” turns up in a field.
A video shared widely on social media and posted by @Pubity on Instagram shows a life-size black-and-white cutout resembling the pop star standing amid crops in Bali. The clip captures farmers working in the background while the figure stands watch over the farmland.
The Instagram caption read: “Farmers in Bali have taken crop protection to a creative new level by placing a life-size cutout of Beyoncé in their fields to keep birds away. The black-and-white figure stands tall among the crops, turning a traditional scarecrow into something unexpectedly eye-catching.”
The unusual sight left viewers amused. One user joked, “I feel like the crows may gather for a show.” Others quipped that the cutout might have Bluetooth speakers playing “Crazy in Love,” while another suggested the birds might “probably thank her on their way out.”
