Moscow, April 5 (ANI) — The International Security Forum, organised under the auspices of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, will be held in the Moscow Region from May 26 to 29, TV BRICS reported. The event aims to bring together international stakeholders to discuss major security challenges and strengthen cooperative responses.
The agenda features the 14th International Meeting of High Representatives Responsible for Security Issues and a programme of scientific conferences, roundtables, briefings, presentations and bilateral meetings. Russian specialised agencies will stage exhibitions and a series of cultural events will accompany the official sessions.
Organisers say more than 180 delegations from foreign countries and international organisations have been invited. Up to 5,000 participants are expected, including secretaries of security councils, senior law enforcement and intelligence officials, ambassadors, academics and other security experts.
Representatives from Russian bodies will include officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Government of Moscow, alongside specialised agencies, state corporations, organisations and companies.
To accommodate international attendees, the forum will operate in multiple working languages — Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Serbian, English, French and Spanish — with simultaneous interpretation provided. Participant accreditation opens on March 17.
TV BRICS International Media Network has been named the official international media partner for coverage and outreach.
