Tel Aviv [Israel], December 2 (ANI/TPS): The IDF reported that on Monday its Southern Brigade forces operating in central Gaza identified a person who crossed the Yellow Line—the Gaza ceasefire boundary—and approached troops in a manner that posed an immediate threat.
The Israel Air Force responded and eliminated the individual.
“IDF forces under Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat,” the IDF said.
The Yellow Line marks areas where Israeli forces continue to operate under the Gaza ceasefire agreement: Israel controls everything to the east, north and south of the line, and Hamas and other militants are prohibited from crossing it.
